Buying a mulitple ad package is a way to lower your cost of posting ads!

All ads purchased through a mulitple ad package are "The Best" ads. This means all of the ads are "run till it sells" ads. Once you post the ad it runs until either you delete it, or until the ad has been on the website for a full one year. All ads are automatically deleted one year from the posting date of the ad (not from the date when you buy the ad).

Your credits will be there as long as you have your account. This means that you could purchase 10 credits = 10 ads and not have to use them until you want to. You could hold on to them as long as you want, they roll over from year to year. The one year term only comes into play for ads that you have posted.

1 credit = 1 "The Best" ad (run til it sells)

This means each credit earns you one run till is sells ad.

For example:

Say I own five properties.
This is my cost if i were to buy individual ads seperatly.
5 x 40.00 = $200.00 This way I have 5 "The Best" ads to post.
This is my cost if i were to buy using the credit system.
10 ads for $100.00 this means each ad is only costing me $10.00
With the credit system I have twice as many ads for half the price.

***You may be thinking, If I only have 5 properties why would I buy 10 ads? The answer is simple! Because the credits roll over you could use your ads for the next 3 years if you wanted. It saves you money now and in the future.
